# Receive a Credential

This explains the procedure for receiving Credentials. If you have not already registered your LecoS Open Badge Wallet account, please check "[Register a Wallet Account](https://support.openbadge.net/en-us/register-wallet-account?hsLang=en-us)" first.

1. You will receive an "Receiving your Open Badge from \[Issuer Name\]." e-mail from the Issuer. Review the contents and click the "CHECK OPEN BADGE" button.

2. When the Open Badge Wallet log-in screen appears, please enter the email address and password that you received in the "Receiving your Open Badge from \[Issuer Name\]" email and proceed to log-in.
