What Is the Difference Between LecoS and an Issuer?

LecoS, Inc. provides the Open Badge Wallet and operates the system.

Issuers include universities and organizations that offer qualifications or certifications. 

Issuers use the system to register information required to issue Open Badges and to send “Open Badge Issuance Notification” emails. 

To request corrections to the information registered in an Open Badge or to have an “Open Badge Issuance Notification” email resent, please contact the Issuer.
