A New Account Is Required for Open Badges 3.0

Even if you already have an Open Badges 2.0 account, you must create a new account when using Open Badges 3.0 for the first time.

Open Badges 2.0 and Open Badges 3.0 accounts are managed separately. Therefore, you cannot log in to Open Badges 3.0 using the account you used for Open Badges 2.0.
